Hey G, it always makes me happy to hear that someone else has found, possibly, their other "half of the orange". All the sacrifice and exhaustion = joy afterall, so it's all worth it! That said, I don't agree that we all need to be someone that other people can be proud of. Apparently all your fans and friends, me included, are very proud of you and love your singing. But why care what other people think? Maybe you already feel this way. As for me, I've lately been really troubled, and really just mentally torn, by what to do with my future. It's a gift perhaps that I get to graduate from a great university, but I'm tied down by all the conflcting expectations that my loved ones have for me. It's no longer a question of just deciding between more school, a job, or trying to pursue something like my own passion. Sigh, I feel like this is just complaining and people, or you, perhaps don't have the mood to read this. lol. BTW, my passion is probably singing. It's like the only thing that makes me happy (besides my B, who's not a "thing" anyway haha). You see, I think I'm trying to be that someone that my people can be proud of too! But with singing, I don't think it's quite that probable that I make it anywhere worth being proud of. Sorry I have to take up this space, but things are just better put down in writing than words. And I feel maybe you've been through some of those up and downs, and all this publicity that perhaps conflicts with your shy personality, and etc.... Please feel free to give me any advice out of your busy schedule.
